Terms of Service
NexusIQ (the "Service") is an enterprise knowledge management platform developed and operated by Tinhvan Japan Co., Ltd. (Tinhvân JAPAN, "TVJ", "we", "our"). The Service enables organizations to centralize, organize, and interact with their knowledge through AI-powered tools.
You agree not to use the Service to store or process illegal content, engage in unauthorized access to systems, violate applicable laws, or reverse-engineer the Service. Tinhvan Japan Co., Ltd. reserves the right to suspend accounts in violation of these terms.
NexusIQ and all associated software remain the intellectual property of Tinhvan Japan Co., Ltd. Your organizational data and content remain your property at all times.
Service levels, including any uptime commitment and the treatment of scheduled maintenance windows, are those set out in the written agreement signed with Tinhvan Japan Co., Ltd. Under review: the 99.9% monthly uptime figure previously published here was inherited from a different company and is not committed by these Terms.
Under review: these Terms do not currently designate a governing law or a competent forum. The previous clause named the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the courts of Hanoi, which followed from a different contracting company and does not follow from Tinhvan Japan Co., Ltd. being the contracting entity. Until counsel confirms the choice of law and venue, the governing law and forum are those stated in the written agreement between you and Tinhvan Japan Co., Ltd.
