About NexusIQ and Tinhvan Japan Co., Ltd.

NexusIQ is an enterprise knowledge management product developed and provided by Tinhvan Japan Co., Ltd. (Tinhvân JAPAN, “TVJ”, “we”), head office 〒141-0031 東京都品川区西五反田1-11-1 Aios 五反田駅前ビル10階1003号室, Tokyo, Japan. Development and delivery are carried out together with Tinhvan Software in Viet Nam. Under review: the company registration number, the date of establishment and the formal controller / processor designation under each applicable data protection regime are not confirmed, and are left out of this policy rather than carried over from a previous vendor’s text.

Data We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, organization, and role
• Content you upload: documents, files, URLs, and connector-synced data
• Usage data: feature interactions, search queries, and session metadata
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security purposes

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the NexusIQ service. We do not sell, rent, or share your organizational knowledge with third parties. AI inference on your documents is performed either in your own deployment environment (On-Premise / Private Cloud) or within our isolated tenant environment (SaaS).

Data Residency

For SaaS deployments, data is stored in your selected region (Vietnam, Singapore, Japan, or Germany). On-Premise and Private Cloud deployments store all data exclusively in your infrastructure. Tinhvan Japan Co., Ltd. does not have access to your content in these deployment models.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact tvj.sale@tinhvan.com and put “NexusIQ – Privacy Request” in the subject line. No separate privacy mailbox has been published yet: this is the single confirmed address, and requests sent to it are routed internally to the team responsible.

Compliance

NexusIQ is built so that you can meet your own data protection obligations: SaaS data stays in the region you select, and On-Premise and Private Cloud data never leaves your infrastructure. Under review: the list of statutory regimes Tinhvan Japan Co., Ltd. formally commits to for this service has not been confirmed by counsel. The list previously published here (Vietnam Cybersecurity Law No. 24/2018/QH14, GDPR, and regulations in Japan and Singapore) belonged to a different company and is not repeated.
